Lousy customer service

Sixt rent a car doesn't understand customer service. The agent at the counter told us we could pre-pay for a tank of gas and return the car nearly empty and pay $54.00 or $2.72 per gallon, which was below the national average for Seattle. What they didn't mention is that you will pay upwards of 18% on the fuel which in my case brought the cost of fuel to $3.21 a gallon. (I realized later I could have purchased fuel from an ARCO station within 3 miles of my hotel (at $2.72 per gallon) - so much for being way above the national average in Seattle area!) I complained and the only response I received is that I signed the agreement regardless of what the counter person told me, and they did nothing wrong. Run, not walk, run from this car rental company as they will lie to you and there is absolutely no customer service if you are not satisified!!!
