Badly run location
Waited 73-minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Staff was slow and disinterested in making efforts to expedite. Staff members said the wait was typical for a Sunday, which begs the question: Why?
Car had more than 50,000 miles, and it showed. Cigarette burns throughout interior; bumper loose; scratches all over; brake light on throughout trip.
