Awful Experience

We were really mad with Hertz reserved car rental at the Boston Logan International Airport! Terrible situation!

Awful experience! The man behind the counter convinced us that we needed a bigger car because he said that the one that we had reserved did not have much trunk room and no GPS, which ended up being lies! When we looked at the so-called upgrade, the car was dented all over the roof and had dents and scrapes all over the place. We wasted over 2 hours with the whole process plus the first guy changed our arrival time to 5:10 am instead of the original 7:15 am (a ploy to make people pay more money in late fees! We were very mad and completely frustrated. Our time was limited as it was and we were very disappointed with the whole experience!

The second woman who helped us was much better. She showed us a car like what we were originally supposed to get. It had plenty of trunk room and there was a GPS! So thankfully she changed things to make it more acceptable. Still our cost for some reason was around $50 more than what we reserved it for! I hope to never have that kind of problem again with renting a car! Evidently some people cannot be trusted and they try to rip you off!
