Worst experience ever! I was double charged and never refunded that amount. Poor customer service and I HATE AVIS with all my heart.

The guy doing most of the speaking had no name tag on and would not give us his name. Not the kind of service I would expect from a reputable car rental company that we have previously used with no incidents.
