The day I went to pickup the rental car, there were no cars available. What's worse there was an American customer in front of me, and the counter clerk was talking horrible about the customer in Spanish. The clerk was rude and refused to honor the open agreement the customer already had opened. Thank God I understand and speak language. After I returned the car with everything in perfect condition and a full tank of gas, they charged me an extra $24 to my card. One hour and 52 minutes later they still refused to explain why the extra charge. No refund of the extra charge. And they hung up on me because I insisted on a refund and an explanation for the charges. I called them back and the person who answered said there was no person by the name I was given and the manager wasn't available. Funny how he didn't know the name of his own supervisor. This rental office is a joke!!! I'm puertorrican and I'm embarrassed to say that this happened in Puerto Rico.
