We booked a Hyundai i10. We got a confirmation booking for a Ford KA. which was fine, however on arrival we got lumbered with an old tatty Renault symbol with squeaky brakes and 135000 km (84000 miles) on the clock. When we expressed our dissatisfaction they just said they have nothing else and we could have our refund should we wish.
We were tired and unsure if there was anything available with other firms. So we just put up with it.
My advice you pay pay a little bit more with reputable companies with good reviews. Right cars (Also called holiday autos )are not worth saving £20 or £30.
