AVOID! Do not answer to pre-rental inquiries!
AVOID! Greece Web site "Contact Us" page gives only phone number, NO EMAIL, no contact form! Contact Us - Pre-rental Inquiries is empty, no options! I wrote email with some pre-rental questions to the main office (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), and never got any response. Definitely feels like a dodgy operation!
Rating explanation: this site requires star rating to be entered, thus I entered neutral 2.5 stars for vehicle which I never managed to rent - no option "not applicable".

Très mauvaise qualité de service à éviter ! Je devais avoir une Hyundai i30 j'ai eu une zafira avec une boite de vitesse hors d'usage. Adresse très compliqué à trouver par gps au retour et surtout ils gardent la caution 20 jours après avoir rendu la voiture !!

Very poor service to avoid! I had to have a Hyundai i30 I had a zafira with a gearbox inoperative. Address very complicated to find by GPS and especially the return they keep the bail 20 days after rendering the car !!

Comments
Kostas is a complete and utter legend. He picks you up at the airport and drives you from the airport to the car pick-up place. He was so helpful to us, not just as a driver, but as a guide to Greece as well! When we returned our car, he helped us out with a lot of things. He speaks excellent English...with a trace of a New York accent. A champ. The staff in the office were also outstanding. Just don't know their names.

TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM! They gave me an old panda ( really guys, so old and dirty) even though i paid for a Nissan Note ( 40€/day more expensive). No explanations and no refund. The woman in charge is extremely disagreeable and nonprofessional.
