Hilarious!!!
Very polite staff,but.....giving me 2 choices of 20€ for insurance for the car or block me 615€ from my credit card is unecceptable.
If you want i can give the 20€ and after bringing back the car i can take them back this is fair enough...
Be careful of what you arrange to pay you have to pay 20€ or block you 615€ from your credit card,otherwise you cant rent the car!!
