Neutral impression
Very neutral experience, nothing good, nothing bad. The cars at Hertz in Stuttgart so far were not very new (about 20k-30k km). At this location there were no problems, qualified staff. Due to my overall experience with Hertz, I cannot recommend this company in Germany, but with this location I have any complaints.
