Great Company
One of my first experiences renting in Europe was with Hertz in Munich. I walked from my office to the location which was only a couple blocks away. It was fast, easy, and from walk-in to walk-out only took about 5 minutes. The car I received was like new, and immaculate inside and out. Parking area was kind of odd, and tight to get in and out - near impossible if another car was attempting to come in as you were leaving, but I was the only person there at the time, so n problem.
Dropping off the car was a breeze. Except for the fact I left a jacket and an external hard drive in the car. I called the location from my office and they walked out to the car and put both aside for me until I picked them up the next day.
Very friendly staff, and very professional.
Would always keep them as a go to in Germany.
