Customer service sucks
I flew in on an early morning flight from NC, caught the shuttle to the Alamo offsite location and had the displeasure of working with a mgr named Garrett. Garrett took a look at my license and immediately told me that he would not be able to honor my rental because of the wear and tear of my license. I fly all the time and have never had anyone question my id. Garretts customer service skills were the worst I have ever encountered and really do question why he is in a customer facing job.
