The worst place ever to rent

The worst rental place ever I dealt with in the last 10 years. Booked 8 passengers SUV as we were two families. Confirmed with them calling at least three times and received confirmation by email as well for 8 passengers SUV.

Reached over to Minot to pick it up from New York as we had to visit a friend in Minot and wanted to drive many places in Canada. Upon arrival the person at desk confirmed they didn't ever keep 8 passengers and even didn't try to evaluate in their system what went wrong why Alamo customer care offered 8 passengers vehicle even though they never kept in the inventory at Minot location. Rather than figuring out the solution, the person separated the Alamo customer care and the Minot Alamo location saying we,Minot location, are not responsible for that.

I would highly recommend families traveling with kids DO NOT TRUST what ever you were promised. What ever proof of booking you have they simply won't honour it!!!!!
