Thrifty Chicago O'Hare warning
Watch the paperwork carefully. If you bought thru Orbitz, they do not pass on LDW insurance coverage you may have thought you bought with the car. Thrifty slapped LDW onto the charge even though it was specifically declined, and added Roadside Assistance, which was never even offered. Their policy? "No Refund." I am amazed the State's Attorney General's office have not reigned in this practice.
