Yep, add my name to the STUPID LIST for using SIXT

Made the mistake of renting without checking reviews. I was lured by the car selection. Wife was traveling to Atlanta to help with a wedding. So I thought. Would surprise her with a nice luxury car. Was supposed to be MECERCEDES gala or similar. Like all the other reviews you see, they don't have cars available in the catigory. She ended up with a Cadillac crossover. Appointments were worse than the Ford Explorer she drives. AND they offered NO vehicle instruction on operations. She sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to figure out the 8 speed shift handle before she called me. SIXT is one time- only time for us.

Dishonesty

We arrived with reservations to Alicia at Atlanta airport. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told that they did not have any luxury cars available even though our reservation said it. She wanted us to take a mini-van. She said they were short with people cleaning cars and we could wait for 45 minutes to clean we said yes. Then we were told by her colleague that the Volvo was ready. We went up to the counter again and she was finishing a couple. When we got back there she said the Volvo would be another 45 minutes. We were so upset. We went down to get our SUV and the German couple was driving away with the Volvo. She lied and did bait and switch...

Garbage

This place is pure garbage don't rent here don't pre pay anything I paid with my credit card prepaid a month in advance guess what I arrive at airport car I pre paid in full guess what no suv oh we don't know what happened we can put u in some car fuck this place I went to enterprise and they gave me a free day cause I was so upset with sixt and better rate

I WILL NEVER USE SIXT AGAIN

This was my first time ever renting a car with Sixt, and it will be my LAST. This is by far the WORST car rental experience I have ever had. I rented an economy car (2016 Hyundai Accent) car with Sixt Rent A Car Service. This company has NO SENSE of customer service, integrity, respect or regard for their customer’s lives. Within 15 minutes of leaving the lot, a malfunction light comes. I contact customer service to make them aware of the situation and was directed to bring the care back. On bringing the car back the tire completely bust while I am on the busiest highway in Atlanta, Georgia. I could have been severely injured, or even killed due to their LACK of quality control and vehicle inspections. Once I arrived to the location, I was given the run around by customer service rep named Ruby and rudely dismissed by store managers Alicia/Alisha and Adam and offered a $50 voucher and an upgrade to a Toyota Camry to silence me. That is NOT acceptable by any means. What company that is suppose to have customer safety be a top priority have the audacity to treat customers so tactless and heartless. I will NEVER use this company, nor recommend them to anyone. There needs to be some ramifications towards the managers for their lack of etiquette and service. And Sixt needs to find a much better way to rectify the situation for providing their customers with a SAFTEY HAZARD CAR.

ALICIA/ALISHA is a manager and super B. She rudely dismisses customers, has no customer service skills nor etiquette. If she is a true representation of Sixt then that company is going down the drain. Sixt is not a known company and with their piss poor service they have no business operating.
