Great Experience

I was very nervous when I went to pick up car, as I had read very bad reviews about unavailability of cars, high pressure tactics, bad location, line ups and a bunch of other stuff. It was just the opposite, I was greeted by a friendly efficient employee, location was within airport, easy to find and no line up. I said I had insurance on my AmEx Gold Car. He showed me the rate of $135 which I had been quoted and told me that there would be a reserve on my credit card for that plus $200 (damage deposit), but my card would only be billed for the amount agreed upon when I returned. I was given a great little Toyota Yaris which was what I expected. The car was clean inside and I took pictures of a few minor marks outside but did not require these. When I returned I was showed that I was being billed for the $135 agreed to. Everything went very quickly and very smoothly. The price was great and the service was great. I did not have one problem. Overall I highly recommend this company and feel you can book with confidence.

This was a pleasant and efficient experience. Pleased to get such a good price and directly in airport terminal. So no shuttle was required. Easy to find located right next to Hertz.

Horrible do not rent from them

Horrible customer service! Hard to locate had us running all over both terminals in Orlando! Would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! Make u pay $200 damage deposit and told us when we arrived!

Nuisance

Rented May 7 - 18, 2016 : The windshield wipers were worn out. Left nothing but streaks when I drove, twice,in the rain, and every time I had to use windshield spray to "clean". Also, the front interior windshield was "caked" in "grimey" film. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours with compromised visibility in sunshine, until I got to my destination. Then use many paper towels & Windex to clean the ilk from entire front & rear interior windows. I fly into Orlando 2-3 times a year. Maybe Firefly should consider refunding me a 10%-15%. DOUBT that would ever happen. DOUBT I would ever rent from them again.

Misleading

I got a quote online for $210.80 When I got to the counter they charged me $264.03. I questioned the pre-purchased fuel charge of $46.51. The guy at the counter told me they would take that off, when I brought the car back with a full tank. When I brought the car back, a security guard just said ok, you are good. When the car amount went on my credit card they did not take the fuel charge off. When I called, they wanted a receipt for the fuel. I did not have one since I paid cash and did not ask for one. They refused to take it off. My advice to anyone renting from them is make him take the fuel charge off before you leave the counter. Look at your rental paper closely since they do try to slip in charges you do not want. I had to ask him to take off other things. He refused to take off the pre-purchased fuel charge, just kept saying it will come off when you bring the car back full. The car had a lot of miles on it and it did have some ants in it. I was also quoted for an Impala and they gave me a Fusion saying they are the same size...

Beware

Was quoted on Orbitz for just over $140 for the rental period. Didn't even check the receipt as I was in a rush but was actually billed over $381. I wasn't late....15 minutes early and it shows it on the rental. No collision stuff either. I called the CS and they did nothing. This is a Hertz subsidiary! Last time renting from them and Hertz bait and shifters!
