A Worst rental car company in the world ever I've seen

Dear Mr/Ms Customer service Manger, Hello My name is Jae Hyun LIM. My conference number is IM15432609/06BJGX I used rent a car during on JUN 23 ~ JUN 25 at Madrid Int'l Airport Firefly Branch office. I realized that I got a wrong receipt of your invoice and I paid more money. You will see in detail of charges as belows, Rental 2 days = 18.72 (Correct) Kilomet (Contracted Unlimited Mileage) = 133.75 (Incorrect) ## When I rented a car I Showed my voucher to your agent and he agreed with me and said to me no need additional fee even excess 635KM. So please check to him(He wrote his agent code on my contract sheet concern for guaranteed no kms excess charge) ## ## Also when I returned a car the fire fly agent didn't say anyting concern for this matter. more over when I asked amount of rental fee he answered like this "it's clear". I think that this is really big problem.. Maybe he didn't know it. ## And the rest of money (CC FEE/FUEL/SERVICECH/CDW/TP/TAX/VAT) I totally agreed it. My job is Airlines General Manager so I travelled a lot of countries(Almost 45countries) but like this depress feeling is for the first time.. Currently I'm staying in Frankfurt, so I'm looking forward to hearing you to solve this problem(Refund my money 133.35Euro) as soon as possible via this e-mail Thanks, JAE HYUN LIM. Avoid Firefly Cars

Worse customer service I have seen. Counter person in Orlando was first uninterested, and then rude. Not even a thank you and accused me of lying about the name of my insurance company! and then got pissed at me. Rent elsewhere, even if the line is a little longer. Customer service would not help me either. Avoid Firefly

Horrible do not rent from them

Horrible customer service! Hard to locate had us running all over both terminals in Orlando! Would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! Make u pay $200 damage deposit and told us when we arrived!

Nuisance

Rented May 7 - 18, 2016 : The windshield wipers were worn out. Left nothing but streaks when I drove, twice,in the rain, and every time I had to use windshield spray to "clean". Also, the front interior windshield was "caked" in "grimey" film. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours with compromised visibility in sunshine, until I got to my destination. Then use many paper towels & Windex to clean the ilk from entire front & rear interior windows. I fly into Orlando 2-3 times a year. Maybe Firefly should consider refunding me a 10%-15%. DOUBT that would ever happen. DOUBT I would ever rent from them again.

Beware

Was quoted on Orbitz for just over $140 for the rental period. Didn't even check the receipt as I was in a rush but was actually billed over $381. I wasn't late....15 minutes early and it shows it on the rental. No collision stuff either. I called the CS and they did nothing. This is a Hertz subsidiary! Last time renting from them and Hertz bait and shifters!

Besides the quality of rental car which sucked. Upon arriving home from trip I noticed charges on my card the ONLY place I used car was to pay for rental/deposit.
When I called firefly the customer service agent laughed & said I needed to call my credit card company wasn't a "Firefly" problem

Well

After finding out that they closed B side (Orlando MCO airport) and having to go to A side to get my car I was told I should have gotten email about it being closed.(I didn't)
I was charged agreed upon amount plus 200 bucks held on my credit card.
Once I got to car (which is quite a walk & a little confusing on where to go) I inspected it & found a huge key mark on drivers door (had it documented by employee)otherwise ok.
The biggest shock was the Yaris did not have power locks or windows (lol)
Nor an alarm.
All in all it was an ok experience
But for amount I would expect better service & quality of car.
