Premium rental. Car incurred a flat tire. Since I "declined" roadside coverage (no one offered it) I was left to fend for not only myself but the car as well, which had NO spare. Ultimately I had to get myself and the car back to the airport. Uber took care of me and the tow company took care of the car. Was charged for an extra day because the car was late returning. Last rental from Sixt no matter how good the deal sounds! In this world where Customer Service is King, this Frog is in desperate need of a Princess's kiss!
