Horrible wait time
Thrifty is poorly managed and offered no discount or upgrade when I arrived at car rental to find a massive line. You would think that management would know that on Sunday we are going to have 200 ppl arriving and have more staff on to accommodate, I waited 1 hour 45 minutes on line after a 5 hr flight. The last thing I want is to wait for a rental. I will NEVER rent through Thrifty again. The employee could care less..
