One hour queue, missed my appt, no apologies
Arrived mid week to find I had a queue of 17 people in front of me - I had to leave within 30 mins to make my appointment so thought this would be OK, one hour later still queuing so told staff I would now miss my appointment and need a refund. 10 mins later one guy says to contact Expedia and no apologies for the delay. Complete chaos, avoid unless you like delays.

Avoid at all cost.
What ever you do, avoid this car rental at all cost. Horrible service and they just lie flat out! No way you can go in there and not pay extra if they see an opportunity. Will avoid Europcar in the future. The worst experience I have ever had at a car rental.
Europcar will rip you off
Be very careful. Don't rent from Europcar.
Once you get to your holiday destination and you go to collet the car, they will ask you to pay a ridiculous amount of money as deposit which will came out straight away from your account and you will never see again.
I cancelled my rental car and 3 years now still haven't got my refund.
They will say that they will get back to you, don't hold your breath
They are trained to rip customers off.
Eurocar does not charge late returns by the hour (like US companies), but rather by the day. My extra "day" (for a three hour late return) cost 3.5 times my daily rate.
So, when you book, think about adding an extra day.
