My name is Ricardo Del Río. On October 28, 2015, I rented a vehicle for our family vacation in Puerto Rico at the San Juan airport. We were assisted by an associate, by name of Angel Guzmán, at that location and we're very pleased with our experience. Mr. Guzmán was extremely professional, efficient and helpful in meeting our needs for a vehicle during our stay. He made sure that the process went smoothly and effectively. Based on my experience, I would definitely use National Car Rental for my future rental needs.
