WARNING! Fraudulent Fuel Charges!
I returned a rental car with a full tank, then got a bill for $23.32 for "refueling." Now I have to send them a receipt proving I bought fuel to get the charge removed. After 20 years of renting from Hertz and never having a problem, I now know why I always avoided AVIS.
