there is no FOX rental car at Tocumen airport!
We made our car rental reservation months in advance to pick it up at the airport terminal, only to realize when arriving at the Panama City airport that there was no FOX at this location! As we had no access to telephone or email, we were stuck. All the other rental agencies were booked for the day. Fox left us abandoned, and no one at the airport seems to care about tourists.
