We used these guys in Christchurch back in 2014. Car was not bad for the $$ and booking went smoothly BUT two and a half months after our trip and right on Christmas, we got hit with a charge of almost $600 for "an accident that we agreed to pay for". We asked for details or a report on the damage but were told that damage was underneath the car and that they "did not keep this kind of paperwork". After many calls trying to contact the Manager, we were advised by staff to contest the charge through our bank indicating that they knew it was a dodgy and that the Manager would not be helpful. Some months later we got our money back, no help from Right Cars themselves. Staff did everything to assist, Management ethics appalling.
