DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM EUROPCAR OR USE HOLIDAY AUTO
Do not book with Holiday Autos. I booked a car in Mexico through them with Europcar. I was very careful to read the insurance terms and conditions, AND I called both Holiday Auto and Europcar to find out what they required, if anything. I was told I would simply need a letter from my credit card company stating that they covered collision. I received the letter, and when I arrived and attempted to pick up my rental, the attendant told me they required additional insurance at a cost of $200! I refused to pay this and went to the Hertz booth next door and rented a car for significantly more than what I had reserved with Holiday Autos for. When I returned from my trip, I created a ticket online with Holiday Autos, but of course, no response, and no refund. I have disputed this with my credit card company, but clearly when they say "no hidden fees", they are lying.
