Perfect experience
After a few days working in Amman, 3 of us stayed back for a few days to see Petra and the Dead Sea. Hertz delivered the car to our hotel (Ibis) at the agreed time and were very professional. The car was great, virtually brand new, the rep gave us maps and directions and was very helpful. Dropping the car off at the airport was easy, literally park at the door and there was someone there to meet us. No problems at all. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised at the age and condition of the car we got.
