Do not rent from them

They are trying to charge me for a spare tire that was never with the vehicle. Checkout and checkin were lousy. Leary designed to ripoff tourists.

terrible customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. We drove from the airport through Kingston. Literally 20 minutes into the hire the brakes start making a scary knocking noise. We can't drive it. We are stuck on the road. 3 times we call and the lady says she will call back in 5 minutes. She also says they have no manpower to help with bringing another car. What are we sopposed to dp, stuck in a rental car in Kingston Jamaica. Do not use these people. They only care about money. Not the cars or the customers.

Don't trust Hertz : you had booked a SUV for months but no SUV provided

i had booked a SUV for months to visit the blue mountains. When i arrived : no SUV ! and i refused the basic car they proposed. When i book a SUV it's because i need a SUV.
so Hertz Jamaica wasted my vacations because i can't respect my itinerary and there was problems with booked hotels on that itinerary.
of course i complained to Hertz Customer service : i received excuses and only that and of course words doesn't cost anything
i had exactly the same problem in Punta Cana in december 2013 - no SUV at the arrival
so they are no able to manage reservations according to available vehicles or they give my SUV to somebody else

these guys can't manage the reservations with the available cars - if you book a SUV : you will get a normal car or probably, if you come with your children, you might get a small car ! They made me crazy and they wasted my vacations
