Surcharged by Europcar

Europcar has surcharged me for damage. I was not aware of any damage and they did not point any out to me. Since arriving home I have been sent a photograph purporting to be damage under a door. I don't seem to have any means of rejecting this or challenging it. Basically I see it as theft.

UPDATE October 25th 2015

I'm happy to update this. I complained and they have refunded the charge. No explanation given - but I'm no longer feeling mugged.
