I made an online reservation. Included car fees as well as insurance. Chose the only insurance possible. When I went to pick up the car, the customer service rep said I needed insurance. Then proceeded to tell me how the $500 deductible applies....to every "side" of the car --- to each "damage" area. To avoid this, you can pay $19 more per day! I asked why it wasn't on the online booking...no answer. I didn't take the car b/c I felt it was dishonest and was nervous dealing with them. (usually deal with Hertz or Enterprise no such problems) I went home to ck my reservation and the $500 waiver coverage had been included in my rental already! Was very upset. Contacted both Israeli and American customer service online and 2.5 days later still have not heard back. Would never ever use them again. Stay with Hertz and others that are known and reputable. You get what you pay for! (had to put in ratings even though inappropriate above...sorry!)
