Bad experience and extra charge of 350 Euro!
We had a very bad experience. The main issues are: - we had to wait for about an hour at the rental office. - we had to change the car three times because lights about engine failures and broken tyres lighted up and the staff instructed us to stop driving. - the very bad service of the staff of the office in Tel Aviv after those problems. - we paid a Non Collian Damage Waiver of 350 Euro And at home we found out that this was already included in the rate. Unfortunately we did not notice the text on our voucher to Hertz (Please note that additional insurance coverage is not needed since a super CDW as well as coverage of damages to glass/roof/tires/undercarriageare provided by Sunny cars.) So despite this text they charged us another 350 euro's.
