Sadly, the feedback regarding Shlomo Sixt is almost uniformly negative and the volume of complaints against Shlomo Sixt indicates the poor quality and costumer satisfaction. The willingness of employees to solve problems does not exist. Suggestions of the customer are not considered. Suggestions of employees are not made, as they do not seem to have the authority to make decisions on their own and/or are not sufficiently qualified to do so. This leads to endless discussions between customer and employees that leads to nothing, as the employee is suddenly "tired" of talking to the customer and/or becomes extremely rude. I have had this experience in the Jerusalem office unfortunately and it took me about 5 hours (on two consecutive days)... So avoid booking a rental car at Shlomo Sixt. More
